Accessible movement summary
Lie on one side with the hips and knees comfortably bent, head supported, and feet stacked. Stack the shoulders and hips, brace gently, and keep the feet touching. Open the top knee only as far as the pelvis can remain still. Pause briefly, then lower the knee under control before repeating or changing sides.
Key cue: Keep your belt line stacked.
