Accessible movement summary
Use a stable step to begin with the chin above a secure bar; do not jump blindly into position. Take an overhand grip, brace the trunk, and transfer weight from the step only when the start is stable. Lower for the prescribed time while keeping the shoulders controlled and the body quiet. Place the feet back on the step at straight arms, reset fully, and never pull back up through fatigued technique.
Key cue: Start from a stable step.
