Description

A controlled squat using kettlebells. Start with a manageable load and repeatable technique.

Setup & Execution

  1. Hold one manageable kettlebell close to the chest with both hands.
  2. Squat through a comfortable range while keeping the heels grounded.
  3. Stand smoothly without bouncing at the bottom.

Coaching Cues

  • Start light and keep each repetition controlled.
  • Stop if the movement causes pain.

Common Mistakes

  • Using too much load before learning the movement.
  • Rushing through the return phase.
