Accessible movement summary
Set a cable or band at chest height and stand perpendicular to the anchor with feet in a stable stance. Hold the handle at the sternum, step away to create tension, and stack the ribs over the pelvis. Press the hands straight forward without allowing the torso or hips to rotate. Pause with arms extended, then return the handle to the chest under control.
Key cue: Stay square to the room.
