Accessible movement summary
Begin on hands and feet, then lift the hips into an inverted-V position with the hands about shoulder width. Press the floor away, brace the trunk, and keep the head between the upper arms. Bend the elbows diagonally back and lower the crown of the head toward a point just ahead of the hands. Press back to the inverted-V without collapsing the shoulders or turning the repetition into a horizontal push-up.
Key cue: Keep your hips high.
