Description

A controlled horizontal pull using cables machines. Start with a manageable load and repeatable technique.

Setup & Execution

  1. Set one pulley near lower-chest height and attach its handle securely.
  2. Use a stable staggered stance and pull the handle toward the ribs.
  3. Return slowly without twisting or leaning back.

Coaching Cues

  • Start light and keep each repetition controlled.
  • Stop if the movement causes pain.

Common Mistakes

  • Using too much load before learning the movement.
  • Rushing through the return phase.
