Accessible movement summary
Stand with the balls of the feet supported and the knees straight but not locked. Lower the heels under control until a comfortable calf stretch is reached. Press through the big-toe side of the forefoot and rise as high as possible without rolling the ankles. Pause at the top, then lower slowly through the full available range.
Key cue: Rise straight up.
The production indicators above are roadmap states, not claims that multi-angle footage, overlays, captions, or a narrated transcript are already available.
