Accessible movement summary
Stand tall with space ahead and hold the chosen load securely at the sides, chest, or shoulders. Step forward far enough for both knees to bend comfortably while the front foot stays fully planted. Lower the rear knee toward the floor with the front knee tracking over the toes. Push through the front leg and bring the rear leg through into the next controlled step.
Key cue: Step, lower, then drive.
