Accessible movement summary
Stand facing a solid wall and place the hands slightly wider than shoulder width at chest height. Walk the feet back until the body forms one straight line from head to heels, then brace the trunk and glutes. Bend the elbows at a comfortable angle and bring the chest toward the wall without letting the hips sag. Press the wall away until the elbows are straight, keeping the shoulders down and the body moving as one unit.
Key cue: Move your whole body together.
The production indicators above are roadmap states, not claims that multi-angle footage, overlays, captions, or a narrated transcript are already available.
