Accessible movement summary
Stand tall with light dumbbells at your sides, elbows softly bent, and ribs stacked over the pelvis. Raise the arms out and slightly forward in the shoulder-blade plane. Stop near shoulder height while keeping the shoulders away from the ears. Lower slowly to the starting position without relaxing between repetitions.
Key cue: Lead with the elbows.
