Accessible movement summary
Set the rope above head height and stand with a stable, slightly staggered stance. Bring the elbows to the sides and begin with forearms just above parallel to the floor. Extend the elbows until the arms are straight, separating the rope ends slightly at the bottom. Return under control while keeping the upper arms still.
Key cue: Lock the elbows to your sides.
